1.In a bowl, add 2 tbsp of curd, salt to taste, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
2. To the marination add 3 large, thick sliced potatoes and marinate for min 10 mins.
3. Drain out the water.
4.Deep fry the slices till they are done
